Nobody Knows Me
04:31
|
|||
Nobody knows me, they don't know when I'm blue
I should win an Oscar for fooling all of you
'cos nobody, I said nobody knows me at all
Nobody hears me when I say I'm down
They don't know how to deal with the sadness of a clown
cos nobody, I said nobody knows me at all
Nobody sees me when I cry alone
I wish they'd come running or call me on the phone
but nobody, I said nobody knows me at all

The Driving Song
04:26
|
|||
The road is looking long, so let's make up a song
to sing as we drive along, we'll make up a driving song...to sing
The times are getting tough, the road is getting rough
I've finally had enough of playing Blind Man's Bluff with you
One hand upon the wheel in the other is your hand
My hand upon the wheel in the other is your hand
I'll make you feel alright, I'll make you feel alright
One hand upon the wheel in the other is your hand
My hand upon the wheel in the other is your hand
I'll make you feel alright, I'll make you feel alright

Crazy Life
03:51
|
|||
In dawn's pale and pearly glow we rise
Wiping lousy sleep from tired eyes
Spent the evening packing up the car
Kids, we're following a wandering star
Don't care much for the establishment
We can't even get a house to rent
All we wanna do is sing our songs
In this city we just don't belong
Oh it's a crazy life but so much fun
We'll have stories unlike anyone
All our friends see us come and go
A new backdrop crashes down, from dream to dream
We roll along...
The ocean waves to us on our right side
mountains on the left, so high and wide
We'll be winding through the great divide
to the desert on the other side
Oh it's a crazy life but so much fun
We'll have stories unlike anyone
Oh it's a crazy life but so much fun
We'll keep rollin' til our days are done

Polkadots of Purpletown
03:37
|
|||
All the Polkadots had to leave the valley cos the Stripes were moving in
And they didn't like playing noughts and crosses,
cos the Stripes never let them win
The poor Polkadots took off and headed for the dappled hills of Purpletown and now they're living happily
All the Polkadots would roll around the hillside
from the morning til the night
and from there they could look across the valley
at the mess made by the stripes
So Purpletown today is a haven for the Spots and Dots
from all around the world
They're living happily
Why you may ask do the Polkadots have such a problem with the Stripes?
It's because wherever the Stripes may travel
They leave behind a line
And the Polkadots always like to see things
the way they really are
Whereas the Stripes cannot help but make things
Just how they desire
So the Polkadots and Stripes have got to find a way
to live together in harmony
What a picture that will be
Living together in harmony

Happy Song
02:20
|
|||
This is our happy song, it makes us smile and feel good inside
This is our happy song, where the sun shines bright all day and night
There are no tears here just smiles and Christmas cheer
Oh I'm glad this song is here
This is our happy song where it's always 23 degrees
This is our happy song wherever you stand you feel a sea breeze
This is the part where we mention ma and pa's name
For without them we never would have came
No pain suffering misery or fear
Happiness is the very best idea to come along
This is our happy song
Happy song
and I'm glad that it came along

Grumple
03:56
|
|||
Grumple Stiltskin lives with Jane
In a pocket of pretty green
One kid, and one on the way
It's a wonder you've never seen them in the park
Well he's calling her like a dog, oh lee oh lie
How long may ye rise may ye roll?
Marijuana every day is enough to make you insane
Ask me I have felt the pain of the monster inside your brain
Oh lee oh lie but it's so boring when you go dry
Oh lee oh lie, how long may ye rise may ye roll?
I'm lookin at your eyes, they're telling me big lies
You don't even know me, you can't see me at all
Open your brain to the sun, let the mighty eagle inside
Let there be love for everyone step away from the ego ride
Oh lee oh lie, I don't wanna be here til I die
Oh lee oh lie how long may ye rise may ye roll?
I'm looking at your eyes, They're telling me big lies
You can't even see me, I'm one in a zillion,
So can you imagine the way that I'm feeling?
You're caught in a thicket, a hedge of pretty green
